No. We have two types: personalized items that you design yourself with name, time, and competition (e.g., the acrylic boards, the finisher poster, the finisher frame), and standard products without personalization (e.g., the metal medal holders, the solid wood boards, mugs, and shirts). You can identify personalized products by the configurator on the product page.

For personalized products, you enter your name, time, and competition directly on the product page, depending on the product, and see a real-time preview. What you see in the preview will be produced exactly as shown. Standard products without a configurator can be ordered directly.

For standard products, the normal return policy applies. Personalized items are custom-made for you, so returns are limited in this case. Therefore, please review your entries carefully in the preview before ordering. If something arrives damaged, please always contact us.

If you choose shipping, it usually takes 5 to 7 days longer. Shipping is free for orders over 49 Euros.
